A solid wooden handle with an M8 threaded steel fitting, designed for comfortable control when flame-heating compatible branding irons and leather stamps.
Already included with every new Outpost Workshop wood branding iron. Purchase separately only as a replacement, spare or optional flame-heating handle for a compatible leather stamp.
Compatible with Outpost Workshop custom and template branding irons, and brass leather stamps with our standard M8 threaded fitting. A spring washer is included; the brass branding head is not included.
Screw the fitting into the rear of the branding head and gently tighten the nut with a 13 mm spanner until the spring washer is compressed. Do not overtighten.
Important: This is a flame-heating handle, not a hammering handle. Do not strike it with a mallet. Do not use flame-heated stamps on faux leather.
