Delivery/Shipping policy

Our typical production time is between 2-4 working days for customised branding irons and leather stamps, and 3-10 working days for leather type sets. Once completed your order will be packed and sent via your selected shipping option.

Duties and Taxes for International orders (shipping outside of the UK):
Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
